In order to be eligible to take the ACTION Certification NCCA Accredited exam, you must provide proof of CPR/AED certification. Please upload your proof of certification below. Please allow 2 business days for ACTION to process your document.

Once processed we will send an eligibility approval code to Examity. Examity will send a welcome email asking you to set up your password. You can follow the instructions in the email or use our the “Schedule Your Exam” link on your portal.
